To a user to the address book that is not on a team roster, click on the
"Address Book" tab, and then on the letter of the alphabet to search by.
From this screen you can add, edit, and delete users.
To add a user, right click anywhere in the white area, then choose "New
Entry". You will be able to enter contact information as described in the
Teams section of the tutorial.
To edit an existing user, locate the user's entry on the list and double
click on it.
