Click on the "Setup" tab from the Administrator window, and click on
"Banners" from the right hand menu.
First you must upload the image for your banner. It must be a .gif or .jpg
image file of dimensions exactly 450x60 pixels. Click on "Upload File".
Choose the file from your computer and click on "Preview". The image
should appear in the preview window. When you are finished click on
You will be redirected to the "Add Banner" screen with the path of the banner
image you just uploaded automatically inserted in to the field "Enter Image
Location Here". You can also reach this screen by clicking on "Add Banner"
from the "Banners" menu.
Enter a sponsor URL so that when users click on the add they will be directed
to the sponsor's web site. You can select a weight for the banner, with
lower numbers meaning the banner will appear more frequently. When you are
finished click "Save".
If you want to change the information at a later time, click on "Edit
Banners" from the Banners menu.
You will see a text field with all the banner information, which can be
edited manually. Please be sure to keep the formatting correct, as the
first line must correspond to the image location, the second line to the
sponsor's URL, the third line to the alternate text, and the fourth line to the
weight. When you are finished, click on "Save Changes".
