From the Department menu (above picture) click on the "Edit Start Page" button.
You can also go to the Notices menu and click on "Edit Notice."
You should see this screen:
You can enter information into the editor just like a word processor.
When you are finished editing, click on the Preview button (top right

From here you can either click on Publish to post the changes to the website,
or Edit to go back and make some changes. Note: No changes are
saved until you click Publish. You will see confirmation that the page
was successfully published.
Changing the Text Color, Size, or Font
Type the text in the Graphical Editor window. Highlight the text as you
would in a word processor such as Word. Then click on a color from the
colors palette, or change the size or font from the toolbar at the top.
Creating Simple Tables
Click on the tables
button from the toolbar menu. Enter the number of rows and columns.
The table will be inserted into the page. You can click inside a cell to
edit the cell content.
Note: For advanced tables, it is better to use a professional HTML editor
such as Frontpage.
Inserting images is a 2-step process. The first step is to upload the
image, and the second step is to insert it using the editor.
Note: Images must be of type .gif or .jpg and less than 50k.
Uploading the Image
Click on Upload Image from the editor window.
You will see the image upload screen. Click Browse to select the
image on your computer, then click Preview to upload it. If all goes
well, you should see the image appear in the preview window. Then
click Apply to save the image.
Inserting The Image
In the editor window, select the image from the list of uploaded images:
Then click on Insert Image and the image should appear in the editor where
the cursor is located.
