The Kelowna Ball Hockey Association was formed in 1998. It is a non-profit group intended at offering a low-cost recreational ball hockey league for all skill levels. The league is a non-contact, play-at-your-own-risk style and, although unsanctioned, utilizes most of the rules set down by BC ball hockey (a few rules have been added to increase safety).
Where
Games are played almost exclusively at the lacrosse box in Rutland Centennial Park (off McIntosh Road).
When
The league offers two seasons per year, each consisting of a regular season and playoffs. The spring season begins in March and ends in early June. The fall season begins in September and ends in mid-November.
